The Maze Runner
This book "The Maze Runner" by Steven E. Steinbock uses some of the ideas that the book "Ender's Game" has. This boy who is dropped in a maze without any memory of what has happened before is determined to find his way out and solve all the mysteries to what has been happening. This can relate to how Ender has to grow on his own with some guidance but yet be under pressure to do great things
